WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades give you an increase in specific stats. Each upgrade increases the item level by +3. A random extra substat is also added to each upgrade.

Upgraded gear is generally more valuable, unless it has low requirements by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like the eth Titan weapons). Upgrades aren't as valuable for the latter due to the need to roll a perfect version.

Recycle Points

The item upgrader enables players to upgrade gear to a higher level by providing the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any kind of weapon or armor.
