The S1 also did an excellent job cleaning hard floors with its mop that moved smoothly on its flat side against the floor and lifting itself when it was near carpet or rug.

The docking station on the S1 automatically empties its trash bin and Best Robot Vacuum and Mop fills its water tank onboard with clean, ozonated water prior to every mopping session. The dock provides a deep-cleaning solution for the water. The S1's water tank holds enough water for around 12 cleaning sessions before it has to be emptied, though this will vary depending the amount you use the mop.

It offers outstanding cleaning results and hands-off maintenance, making it a clear contender on our top mop and robot vacuum list. The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming, removing large and fine particles from hard floors as well as carpets.
