The X1 Omni isn't able to automatically switch between mopping and vacuuming mode during the cleaning process. You'll have to manually swap between the two, which isn't a big deal except for the fact that the mopping pads aren't cleaned and dried between use which could lead to mildew or mold.

On the positive side the X1 Omni is a beautiful-looking robot thanks to the design team at Jacob Jensen (of Bang & Olufsen fame) who came up with its modern and sleek base as well as mopping pad apparatus.
