The City Select 2 Stroller, Eco Collection is a versatile 3 wheel stroller cheap that converts from a single to a double stroller with the addition of a second seat or glider board (sold separately). It can also be converted to become a triple travel system by adding a bench seat or infant car seat. It comes with 24 options in all and is the most highly rated stroller. The model is made of Baby Jogger’s soft durable, breathable and sustainably-sourced TENCEL fabrics. They help regulate the temperature. It has a leatherette handlebar, bumper bar, and belly bar. It folds 20 percent smaller than the market-leading single-to-double stroller, UPPAbaby Vista V2, and is also lighter.

It comes with a sunshade of medium size and a handy magnetic peek-a-boo window that is simple to open and close. The telescoping bar is of the most easily adjustable and works for parents of any height. The seats recline, and they have a footwell adjustment knob so you can position your child for maximum comfort. The storage bin is large however we would prefer it had a latch that was more secure. It's easy to access, but we found the zippers a little frustrating since they must be completely undone and refastened for each use.

The City Select, like its siblings, has single-action breaks that are easy to set up and release by pulling a lever on the frame's side, lower than the handlebar. It is suitable for sandals and barefoot and an improvement over the clunky brake levers other brands use.

This is the only stroller in our review that is able to accept two infant car seats, making it a great alternative for twins, or for parents with a single child and a baby coming soon. It is compatible with most major brands infant car seats using an adapter. We tested it on Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30 and Graco Click Connect models as well as the Cybex Aton, Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is not compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. It is a great option for families that already have an infant car seat and are looking for a stroller to accommodate it however, you might be better off with another convertible stroller that fits an additional infant car seat in this case.
