Another thing to consider is the seat size and shape. You'll want it to be large enough for your child's comfort. You will also want it to be able to recline to allow them to lie flat. Some three-wheel buggies have the option of lying flat that lets your child face you, while other buggies only permit a parent-facing option.

Easy to manoeuvre

A three-wheel buggy can be easier to maneuver with a child. The way they are constructed means that the front wheels turn on a dime and are incredibly easy to manoeuvre and are ideal for tricky terrain like cobbles, parks, bumpy pavements and dirt tracks.

MFM reviewer Kath tried out a three-3 wheeler stroller with her infant and toddler and stated: "The Terrain was a delight to maneuver on the terrain, with the swivel front wheel particularly useful. I was also awed by how well it coped with kerbs, especially when using the brake operated by hand. I found it to be extremely stable when going downhill or over uneven ground."

The only downside of this incredible mobility is that the 3 wheeled pushchairs wheel buggy's larger wheels do sometimes mean that it will struggle in tight spaces, something to be aware of especially if you live in a urban region. If this is a problem then a four-wheeled buggy might be the better choice for you.
