Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

The upgrade of gear can increase its base stats, and sometimes boosts its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations are applied.

For instance, the premium racial shield Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to add additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable over the unupgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens let you reroll a purchased item, like armor, weapon, or ring. The item is replaced by an identical item upgrader however with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are an efficient method of upgrading equipment. They don't keep the original level of the item and any money wasted won't get compensated.

The survivors can acquire reroll tokens through several means like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be located in crates and chests or bought from the store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of a piece of equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.

Players can roll their equipment using three aspects three categories: physical power, magic power, and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attacks while spell power boosts mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player an extra health.

Three types of rerolls tokens are available such as upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item upgrader kit to a higher quality and requires a higher-level reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

Unlike other special tokens and markers that are placed on action spaces the reroll marker stays in the space until the next Success result is rerolled. This helps you save upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they show an explanation and icon for the appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of coins.

In the course of a run, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on selected Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints that the restaurant's shop sells for rerolls and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost an item's level by increasing its stats and abilities. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. In addition, players can get these stones by signing daily contracts.

To upgrade their gear players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click on the "level up" button. The screen will show a summary of the item's level, and what it will become when it is upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires just one blue or green Growth Stone.

After selecting the item to upgrade the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, they can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level a certain percentage. Depending on the item's rarity the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the longevity of the item. This makes the system an excellent method for players to get an advantage in battle without putting a strain on their accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto the new gear.

New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to obtain them, including signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that allows you to boost the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials, and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be used up and the item will receive a higher level. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item is attained.

Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as a blue icon beside their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components cannot be stacked with one another, and can only be added to a single item at one time. Each upgrade component also requires the purchase of a certain amount of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.

The upgrade item Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place items to be upgraded. On the right, previews show what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after the player has enough materials will start the upgrading process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small percentage. The maximum level for an item is 19.

Once an item reaches the highest level, upgrades will no longer be available to it. Likewise, once an item is on an upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to give an additional bonus or effect when the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted, obtained by completing quests or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs that can be removed and replaced at will.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to boost certain attributes of weapons and armor that they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the kind of item however, generally you'll require Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

Items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This will give them extra effects or an increased item level. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, including crafting, buying from the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade element is placed in an item it can't be removed and changed without restriction, however, the glyphs that are used in gathering tools can be swapped without restriction.

The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components include additional modifiers that could further increase the stats of an item.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and also gives an additional 20% chance of blocking. The dps "Wildfire", on the other hand increases damage from weapons.

Certain items benefit from upgrading not so much for their improved stats, but more because it allows players to gain the most value from a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

If you choose an upgrade component to slot into an item, the game will display an open window that displays the required requirements. These include the type of item (either weapon or armor) the tier of the item as well as the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

Once you've met the required requirements for upgrading, the game will place the item level upgrade in your inventory, and the progress bar will change to show how close you are to completing it. You can also check on the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
